Known for deep tissue penetration, it is commonly used
for Abhyanga (massage), strengthening bones, oil pulling, and promoting
skin/hair health. It is unctuous (Snigdha) and balancing Tridosha.
Sesame oil is a nutrient-rich oil, high in unsaturated fats,
antioxidants, Vitamin E,K, Omega 3, 6 and minerals offering
properties beneficial for heart health (lowering LDL, raising HDL), blood
